Apricot Cream Ale

Notes : 4.6% ABV, 19 IBU, Smooth Refreshing with a hint of “Apricot”. Best of show at Oregon Brews and BBQ.


Notes : 4.8% ABV, 15 IBU, Recipe from Isar Brau Brewing in Munich, German Wheat Summer Bier, Clove and nutmeg notes.


Notes : 4.6%, 30 IBU, 28 SRM, Malt, chocolate and espresso flavors; sweet maltiness just offsets the more bitter/roasty notes, producing a smooth, rich brew.


Notes : 5.3% ABV, 28IBV, Bavarian Oktoberfest Style, Malt dominates.

Carlton Kolsch

Notes : (McMinnville) 5.0% ABV, 28 IBU - Cologne, Germany style, Clean, Crisp Summer bier

Smoked Helles

Notes : Inspired by the smoked biers from Bamberg, Germany, this bier is brewed with 100% German Weyermann Pilsner Malt, lightly smoked. German Hops used include, Inclde Perle, Hallertauer & Hersbrucker. This is Golden Valley’s entry into the Oregon Brewer’s Festival. 4.8% ABV, 18 IBU


Notes : 6.5% ABV. 50 IBU, (Bend) 6 varieties of NW hops with 2.5 lb. per barrel, Extreme hoppiness rather than bitterness.
